Senior Officer Campaign and Events

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Officer Campaigns and Events to help deliver events and campaigns for the Future Students team working with University stakeholders to engage prospective student.

  • Flexible location based at our Melbourne Burwood Campus or at our Geelong Waterfront Campus hybrid work arrangements
  • Full-time and fixed term until August 2026
  • HEW 6 $96276 - $% Superannuation (pro rata part time)

As a Senior Officer Campaigns and Events you will:

  • Develop and implement practical accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs
  • Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes finds practical ways to deal with them and evaluates progress
  • Actively seek client feedback on products and services respond transparently and identify practical improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide clear and ethical advice to clients addressing immediate needs and offering practical recommendations.
  • Establish and demonstrate a high level of learning energy and commitment and maintain personal integrity and make decisions consistent with university values

To be successful youll have:

  • A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in event project management marketing communications or related areas
  • Experience executing multiple activities and initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail in a busy and complex environment
  • Experience interacting influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve objectives
