You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe End User Computing Analyst at MedHealth is a crucial role responsible for managing and supporting all endpoints for MedHealth. This role is key to ensuring all end point technology is working efficiently securely and in line with business needs delivering a seamless user experience.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage the lifecycle of end user devices including upgrades patches and replacements.
Create and maintain device images for quick deployment to devices and systems.
Ensure operating systems are properly deployed updated and secure.
Install update and manage business-critical software applications.
Provide escalation and troubleshooting for issues with operating systems hardware and software applications.
Ensure all endpoint devices meet MedHealth standards and comply with regulations.
Effectively track and monitor the health of end user devices applications and overall performance
Qualifications :
To be considered for the position you will be a customer focused experienced End User Computing Analyst with the following experience and attributes:
Minimum 2 years experience within a similar capacity
Working knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware
In depth experience using Autopilot to configure devices
Experience with software deployment and patching
Scripting or automation skills such as PowerShell
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Understanding of third party patching applications i.e Patch My PC
Familiarity and understanding of networking and security principles
Working knowledge of Group policy including application whitelisting
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience with management portals such as Knox HP Connect Teamviewer Console
Experience using a ticketing system such as Fresh Service for Incidents Requests and Change Management
Additional Information :
This role may be based in our Sydney office or Melbourne office.
