SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates educational administrative and counseling activities ofelementaryschool by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The minimum performance expectations include but are not limited to the following functions/tasks:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and evaluates the performance of each member of the school staff and establishes individual programs for improvement consistent with the divisions staff development program.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masters degree (.) or equivalent.Hold the Postgraduate Professional Certificate with an administation/supervision endorsement. Demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students teachers and parents.
