Position: Industrial Mechanic
Location: Henderson Colorado
Company Overview: This is a great industrial maintenance company specializing in pump rebuilds gearbox rebuilds and maintenance of aggregate & mining equipment. We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic or mechanically inclined individual to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform pump and gearbox rebuilds according to company standards.
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on aggregate and mining equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize basic hand tools and equipment effectively.
- Assist with welding tasks as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Welding knowledge is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
- Pay scale ranging from $18 to $29 per hour commensurate with experience and skills.
