Walmart People Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedDistinguished Technical Program Manager directly reporting to the Senior Director will be responsible of spearheading some of People Techs key projects managing and leading communication with customers stakeholders and engineering teams.

What youll do:
This is a vital role with significant growth prospects. You will have work to do from day one and you will be counted on to create opportunities that align with the overall organization goals. Some of this role key responsibilities are but not limited to
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
- Track project progress and performance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

- Technical expertise in AI and GenAI
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills to guide project teams towards successful project completion.
