Maersk Governance Risk and Control (GRC) ensures an effective and efficient risk based internal control framework across Maersk. GRC is based in Finance and drives the overall control framework to ensure a sound control culture and control environment is in place. GRC is looking for a Process and Technology Manager to be a part of the Functional Product Manager function in GRC. As Process and Technology Lead Manager you will be responsible for GRC needs the capability to manage the defined Tech roadmap ensuring that tools like data analytics and AI are effectively integrated to enhance risk and control processes by delivering deeper insights improving accuracy and increasing efficiencythis includes support for GAM.
AI-powered solutions are also seen as key enablers for automating routine tasks including quality assurance leading to resource efficiencies. Additionally we aim to assess and upgrade the GRC platform to ensure it is future-ready enabling better integration across defense lines supporting business reviews GPL-led risk assessments quality assurance reporting and facilitating automation and continuous control monitoring.
You will play a critical role in Designing analyzing project managing and implementing new technology areas in GRC space enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand end to end GRC process (Risk assessment controls self-assessment Validation Issue Management etc for Financial and operational controls) document future to be process in ARIS in line with managements objective and expectation.
Assess design solutions in line with to be processes defined for upgrading existing GRC platform to ensure it is future-ready enabling better integration across defence lines.
Manage and oversee the GRC technology roadmap ensuring alignment with organizational and Departments goals.
Develop and maintain documentation related to technology processes systems and tools for GRC.
Identify use cases for AI Data analytics tools and platform work with GRC technology counterpart in designing and implementation of platforms
Facilitate automation and continuous control monitoring through GRC platforms.
Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and generate use cases to ensure GRC remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Implement productivity and communication solutions to automate routine tasks including quality assurance leading to resource efficiencies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to GRC team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that support GRC objectives.
Requires skills/Expertise:
End to end understanding of GRC process including experience in GRC transformation projects including implementation of SOX or COSO Framework.
At least 8 to 10 experiences in GRC function and Technology areas of software implementation like (Archer SAP GRC PC Metric stream etc.) in governance risk and control or a related field of GRC.
Big4 or Multinational company experience in risk and controls related to (Accounting to reporting Oder to cash Procure to Pay lead to agreement Access Governance etc.).
Broad experience with project management for GRC platform implementation.
Familiarity with quality assurance and best practices in Internal control fields.
Experience in compiling and analyzing data to drive quality improvements
Excellent communication and reporting skill sets for reporting on implementation progress
