GRC is based in Finance and drives the overall control framework to ensure a sound control culture and control environment is in place. GRC is looking for a Technology Lead Manager to be a part of the Functional Product Owner function in GRC. As Technology Lead Manager In this role you will be responsible for managing the GRC Tech roadmap and ensure that data analytics and AI tools are integrated into risk and control processes thereby delivering in-depth insights improving precision and enhancing efficiency. This includes leading the technology development for a group wide integrated authority matrix.
You will further be responsible for automating routine tasks with the GRC team to boost efficiency. This includes project management of an upgrade to the GRC platform for better integration business reviews and quality assurance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that support GRC objectives.
Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure GRC remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Assess and upgrade the GRC platform to ensure it is future-ready enabling better integration across defense lines.
Manage and oversee the GRC technology roadmap ensuring alignment with organizational and Departments goals.
Identify use cases for AI Data analytics tools and platform work with GRC technology counterpart in designing and implementation of platforms
Integrate data analytics and AI tools to enhance risk and control processes delivering deeper insights and improving accuracy.
Implement productivity and communication solutions to automate routine tasks including quality assurance leading to resource efficiencies.
Facilitate automation and continuous control monitoring through GRC platforms.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to GRC team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation related to technology processes systems and tools.
Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in GRC or a related domain.
Requires skills/Expertise:
At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Technology areas related to software implementation such as Archer GRC PC Metric stream etc. in governance risk and control or a related field
Highly proficient with Microsoft products capable of training the GRC team on these products to boost productivity and efficiency Extensive experience in project management for large-scale software implementations
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices
Experience in compiling and analyzing data to drive quality improvements
Experience in conducting research and evaluating user feedback
Excellent communication and reporting skills for tracking implementation progress
