Car Sales Executive Main Dealer OTE 65K Car Fuel Card Trainee or Experienced Welcome
OTE: 65000 (based on selling 14 units/month)
Basic Salary: 15000
Guarantee: 1000/month for first 3 months
Benefits: Company car & fuel card (optional) 5 weeks holiday bank holidays on-site demo parking
Location: Portsmouth
Hours:
- MondayFriday: 8:30am6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am5:00pm
- 1 or 2 Sundays/month: 10:00am4:00pm
- Day off during the week
Were working with a main dealer on the lookout for a driven Sales Executive to join their established sales team of 8. This role has opened up due to an internal promotion a testament to the teams supportive growth-focused environment.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Selling a range of new and used vehicles with a focus on customer service not pressure
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
- Building rapport with new and existing customers to create long-term relationships
- Working closely with a team that helps you succeed
What Were Looking For:
- A confident communicator with a genuine interest in automotive sales
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous sales experience helpful but not essential we welcome trainees!
- Self-motivated organised and target-driven
What Youll Get:
- OTE 65K with a basic of 15K
- 1000/month guaranteed commission for your first 3 months
