The ideal Maths Teaching Assistant will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Mathematics or a related subject from a top 30 UK university. Youll be proactive patient and confident working with young people aged 1116. Previous child-centred experience is desirable whether in tutoring mentoring or classroom settings. A genuine interest in education and a collaborative professional attitude are essential.

Maths Teaching Assistant Salary and Contract Info
- 444 per week pro rata to term time only
- Contract: Full-time long-term (SeptemberJuly) term-time only
- School holidays off
