Our client a respected and compassionate provider of high-quality care for older adults is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional care and ready to take the next step in their healthcare journey.
The service offers a warm supportive environment where every resident is treated with dignity and respect. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant youll play a key role during night shifts ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and leading by example in supporting both residents and team members.
What Youll Need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essential
- Proven experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or in a similar senior care role
- A kind reliable and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of care staff during night shifts
- Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence dignity and wellbeing
- Administer medication and complete care documentation accurately
- Respond to residents needs promptly and compassionately
- Liaise with families professionals and colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality care
- Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for all residents
