Job Description
- Salary: $72995.61 - $76735 Salary Packaging options (up to $18550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
- Permanent Full Time positions based in Geraldton
Rocky Bay are looking for 2x Support Coordinators to join our growing dynamic team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.
About the role
- Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal mainstream and funded supports
- Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
- Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
