LPN Floor Nurse (7p-7a)

Are you a dedicated LPN looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others GlenFlora is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our senior living community. This position offers a rewarding environment where youll be part of a supportive team serving the residents of our community.
Position: LPN Floor Nurse (7p-7a)
Pay and Benefits:
- $26 per hour
- $10000 sign-on bonus paid out in increments over2 years of employment
- $2.00 more per hour weekday shift differential
- $3.00 more per hour weekend shift differential
- Benefits start after 30 days of employment
- Pay in lieu of benefits is an extra $3 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and care plans.
- Complete all resident documentation electronicallycomputer skills preferred but training will be provided.
- Assist with repositioning and transferring residents of varying weights using safe lifting procedures.
- Ensure timely transport of objects within the facility while maintaining prolonged standing or walking as needed.
- Perform tasks requiring occasional bending squatting or reaching repeatedly.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to push pull and lift up to 35 pounds; occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Ambulatory throughout the facility.
- Prolonged standing and walking may be required.
