Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a highly organized professional and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support two senior campus leaders: the Senior Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management & Student Success and the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. This role provides high-level confidential administrative support and plays a vital role in coordinating operations communication and logistics across both divisions. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the executive leadership. Manage complex executive calendars including scheduling a high volume of meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate recurring meetings such as board committee council faculty and budget meetings; prepare agendas briefing materials presentations and follow-up documentation. Organize and manage logistics for projects events travel and related administrative tasks. Support the administration of programs and initiatives across both divisions including process coordination and documentation. Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison with campus partners students faculty staff vendors and community leaders. Assist with procedure development and implementation to support the operational efficiency of both offices. Monitor and prioritize workflow resolve routine administrative issues and manage sensitive information with discretion. About the Divisions: This position supports two mission-critical areas of the university: Student Affairs led by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs oversees all student life initiatives aimed at enriching the student experience outside of the classroom. Enrollment Management & Student Success led by the Senior Vice Chancellor is responsible for student recruitment admissions financial aid retention and academic support services. These large complex divisions require support from someone capable of managing multiple priorities and engaging in strategic administrative coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with executive-level leadership in higher education is preferred. Working knowledge of budgetary management and travel systems PeopleSoft and Cornerstone administrative information systems and processes.
