KEY OBJECTIVE:

Reporting to the AI Product Owner the AI Product AnalystUnderwriting plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of P&C insurance through innovative AI-driven digital solutions. By leveraging their deep understanding of P&C underwriting they enhance our product offerings across all regions. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced P&C underwriters to deepen their underwriting acumen by developing cutting-edge digital solutions that transform underwriting workflows.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance (underwriting background in property and/or general liability lines is preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada (CIP) or equivalent (such as CPCU) is preferred.
  • Creative thinker with skills in conceptualizing new product features defining product roadmaps developing business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies.
  • Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for various projects across varying time zones as required.
  • Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
