Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM 9:00 PM EST 7 days per week

Required: Must work until 8:00 PM at least two weekdays or four 4-hour shifts on weekends

No on-call shifts
Job Summary:
As a Mental Health Therapist you will provide evidence-based treatment and a range of mental health services to clients across Massachusetts. This role is conducted entirely via telehealth allowing you the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference. Responsibilities include conducting intakes assessments therapy sessions and documentation in accordance with clinical and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse client population
-
Conduct intakes individual group and family therapy as applicable
-
Provide mental health assessments counseling referrals and interventions
-
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Federal State and company guidelines
-
Promote individualized patient recovery through telehealth (video or phone)
Required Qualifications:
-
Master s degree or higher in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related field
-
Active LICSW or LMFT in Massachusetts
-
Currently residing in Massachusetts
-
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
-
Willing and able to work full-time hours
-
No active or pending actions against license
-
Not opted out of Medicare
Preferred Qualifications:
-
1 years of experience in one or more of the following:
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Evidence-Based Practice
-
Telehealth service delivery
-
-
Specialized certifications and/or multilingual abilities are a plus
Education Requirements:
-
Master s degree or higher in a mental health discipline is required
