Are you a meticulous and friendly individual who takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment Still Waters Resort a premier vacation destination in Branson MO is seeking a dedicated Common Area Attendant to join our dynamic team!
About the Role:
As a Common Area Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces within our beautiful resort. This includes but is not limited to our docks pavilions restrooms pool decks and outdoor recreation areas. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly ensuring they are well-stocked.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of pool decks lounge chairs and surrounding areas.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Ensure all common areas are neat organized and presentable at all times.
Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests when needed.
Adhere to all resort policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Must be reliable punctual and have a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying shifts as needed.
