A Brief Overview
The Program Manager Financial Stewardship Program is a core member of the Finance function managing an enterprise-wide portfolio for the Financial Stewardship Program. This program is divided into four domains that include: 1.) Lead; 2) Improve; 3.) Perform; and 4.) Grow. The individual will work in collaboration with the Vice President Budgets Business Planning & Financial Analytics to manage both individual domain-specific work streams as well as establish and maintain a collaboration approach that ties all domain work together. This role is essential in ensuring the ongoing improvement and long-term success of the Organizations strategic initiatives. The program manager will be responsible for overseeing the programs evolution driving continuous enhancements and ensuring sustainable value delivery across the organization.

What you will do

  • Drive a coordinated approach to Financial Stewardship-related improvements across all related FinancialStewardship domains (Lead; Improve; Perform; Grow) ensuring alignment with the Organizations strategicinitiatives
  • Oversee the realization of initiatives that drive cost efficiency revenue growth and overall financial health
  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation to maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement best practices and drive process improvements that
  • enhance program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance ensuring long-term sustainability
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and teams fostering a culture of financial accountability and
  • continuous improvement.
  • Use an agile consulting and design process that involves key stakeholders in rapidly creating solutions
  • Communicate program progress financial impacts and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and financial best practices to keep program innovative and effective.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

    Business Administration Finance or related field Required

  • Masters Degree Finance Human Resources Education or related field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years progressively more responsible work experience Required

  • Learning and Performance consulting implementation Preferred

  • Project Management Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to partner effectively with Finance teams Required

  • Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative and inclusive approach Required

  • Manage multiple projects using staff and matrixed resources Required

  • Excellent financial analysis problem-solving and decision-making abilities Required

  • Provide leadership in effectively applying Project Management and Change Management Analysis best practice Required

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word PPT Excel); SharePoint

SALARY RANGE:

$104600.00 - $138600.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If youre working part-time your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
