Job Title

• Develop and execute cross-sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Effectively manage a diverse group of Account Executives to strengthen their skills and hit individual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV partners to foster loyalty and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed of potential challenges and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.

What you will need to have:

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field and/or relevant work experience and/or equivalent military experience.

• 3 years of experience in leading sales teams and coaching team members.
• 3 years of experience in the merchant services industry.
• Proven track recordin sales or account management.
• Experience with project management.

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• In order to be considered you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• This is a full-time direct-hire position and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
