Job Description
Marketing Associate
Starting Pay: $20/Hour
Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
Schedule: 25 hours a week. Monday-Friday.

Were looking for a creative detail-oriented Marketing Associate to help us connect with our guests and bring the FatCats brand to life. Youll assist with our social media channels ad campaigns and contribute ideas for improving guest experiences. This is a great fit if youre organized tech-savvy and excited to contribute to a fun and fast-paced team. If you are interested in getting a foothold in marketing this is a great entry point.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Associate
Start your shift by checking in with the Marketing team then jump into scheduling posting and boosting content across our social media platforms gaining hands-on graphic design experience with our in-house team and supporting events brand campaigns and community outreach efforts. Youll collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and roll out fresh marketing ideas and guest experience improvements in a role that blends creative thinking communication and organized execution. No two days are the same and thats part of the fun!
The Schedule
Were looking for someone who can work a consistent weekly schedule of around 25 hours with some flexibility in how those hours are structured as long as they fall within our normal office hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of admin or marketing experience
- Comfortable with platforms like Canva Hootsuite Instagram Facebook TikTok and more
- A love for creativity storytelling and connecting with people online
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
