Join Our Team as aDining Room Attendantat theEmbassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown! This position includes an hourly rate plus tips!
At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a dedicated Dining Room Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role you will ensure that dining areas are clean organized and well-stocked providing essential support to the servers and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This is a tipped position.
What Youll Do:
- Set up tables for service including linens silverware and glassware.
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages ensuring prompt service.
- Clear and clean tables resetting them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room including removing used dishes and trash.
- Replenish dining room supplies such as napkins condiments and utensils.
- Monitor dining area for maintenance or cleaning needs and address them promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service assisting guests with requests or questions.
- Assist with organizing the dining room for special events or larger parties.
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation standards.
What Youll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
