Based at Glenrothes site based with occasional travel to Livingston

Raytheon UK have a fantastic opportunity to join our stores warehouse team in Glenrothes Fife. This role will work alongside a team in the Manufacturing warehouse area working on a range of tasks for shipping products and completing admin tasks. A great opportunity to join a Manufacturing team in the Aerospace & Defence industry.

We are looking for a team player someone who can also work independently and a candidate who can support a busy team with a range of tasks which includes:

  • Admin (SAP legal paperwork for shipping/exporting products labelling data entry as required)
  • Manual handling of boxes crates etc in a warehouse environment
  • Using a forklift (training can be provided as required)
  • Following all Health and Safety procedures
  • Working with a variety of packaging styles and following instructions
  • Scan items
  • Arrange products for transportation as required e.g. to Livingston etc
  • Driving to Livingston site
  • Process SAP shipping paperwork
  • Work with other teams as required e.g. Manufacturing Export etc

Training can be provided. Ideally we are looking for the following key skills/experience required to be successful for this role:

  • Communication for variety of computer and team tasks
  • SAP
  • Knowledge of shipping/export/legal compliance in a similar role
  • Forklift certificate/experience
  • Experience in a similar role in a warehouse factory or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow all health safety and quality standards

The successful hire will need to be a permanent UK resident with the ability to successfully complete a baseline BPSS check and background checks required for this role.
