Title:Certified Nursing Assistant (1099)
Pay rate:$30.00 hr/1099

Duration:4 months.
Position Type: Contract
Description:
- Provide basic nursing care and support (VS hygiene ambulation transfers)
- Documentation of patient location status activities.
- Escort patients as needed within and occasionally outside the hospital.
- Assist in keeping patient common areas clean.
- Contributes to patient/staff safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations.
- Initiates corrective action as appropriate.
- Contributes to continuity of care by effectively communicating changes in patients conditions.
- Complies with FSH infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Demonstrates procedural competencies for assigned tasks.
- Complies with all FSH/DMH policies and procedures.
Schedule:
CNAs will be scheduled to work four 12-hour shifts per week either day shift (6:45 am7:15pm) or night shift (6:45 pm 7:15 am). This may include weekend and holiday coverage.
