Our Commercial Real Estate Agent possesses strong communication negotiation and analytical skills along with a deep understanding of the local market and commercial property trends. They play a crucial role in facilitating transactions related to commercial properties on behalf of the company. Additionally adaptability and the ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment are essential traits for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Listings: Research and gather information on commercial properties available for sale lease or rent and create detailed property listings including specifications features and photographs.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends demographics and demand in the commercial real estate market and analyze and compare property values to set competitive and realistic prices.
3. Client Acquisition: Prospect and build a client base by networking cold calling and leveraging existing contacts and establish and maintain relationships with property owners investors developers and other industry professionals.
4. Property Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial properties including online and offline channels and utilize various marketing tools such as websites social media and industry publications.
5. Negotiation: Represent company in negotiations with buyers sellers landlords and tenants to achieve favorable terms and draft and review contracts lease agreements and other legal documents.
6. Networking: Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to build relationships and stay informed about market trends and collaborate with other real estate professionals lenders and legal experts.
