With a dedicated support staff we provide 24-hour emergency and critical care for small animals offering extensive resources to the veterinary community of the Pacific Northwest.
Role:
The CSR Shift Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk during their assigned shift. This position supports the client service team by leading daily workflow providing real-time guidance and mentorship and serving as the primary point of contact for escalated client or team concerns. The CSR Shift Lead works closely with the CSR Lead to ensure consistency in communication adherence to hospital protocols and ongoing support for team development. They also collaborate with other departments to maintain exceptional client service uphold hospital policies and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

  • has 1-2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary setting.
Job Skills / Requirements:
  • Experience as a receptionist .

  • Excellent communicationandlistening skills.
  • Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
  • Computer skills.
  • Accurateaccounting skillsare a must.
  • Strongproblem-solvingabilities (judgment logic creativityconflict resolution).
Required licenses:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerks license overseen by the WA state Department of Health.

Salary Range:Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19.50 - $23.50/ hour. An additional shift lead stipend will also be provided based on experience.The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
