Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in company aircraft.
Ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks to minimize aircraft downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Providetechnical guidance and expertisein company aircraft focusing onOEM inspection tasks troubleshooting and modifications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in aircraft maintenance technology and practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely manner.
Manage multiple projectssimultaneously staying organized meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work quality.
Collaborate with the flight department teams to support projects and customer requests.
Actively participate in business aviation industry committee meetings.
Occasionally travel to support company aircraft and events.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with a preference for experience with Gulfstream G550 G600 or G500 models.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
Proficient inproject management with a strong focus ontime management scheduling and multi-tasking.
Extensive experience incustomer service with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Knowledge ofFAA regulationsand industry best practices.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools such as CAMP.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work bothindependentlyand as part of ateamin adynamic fast-paced environment.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability tolift up to 50 engage in routine physical tasks such as walking bending squatting and working in varying environments (e.g. hangars office).
Strongproblem-solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks andmanage competing deadlineseffectively.
Must be comfortable withindependent decision-makingand working under minimal supervision.
Adaptability to work in both anoffice environmentand hands-onaircraft environment with fluctuating temperatures.
