Job Description

- Performing turn processes between leases
- Maintaining building exteriors amenities and grounds
- Troubleshooting basic electrical HVAC plumbing and appliance issues
- Keeping maintenance areas clean organized and stocked
- Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a related field
- Strong skills in HVAC plumbing electrical and carpentry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/indoor conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a knack for solving problems
- HVAC certification or technical training a plus but not required
