Business Process AnalystWhat does a successful Business Process Analyst do at Fiserv
As a Business Process Analyst at Fiserv you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will analyze complex business processes and workflows providing data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
What you will do:
- Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend impactful improvements.
- Process mapping workflow analysis and performance metrics tracking.
- Utilize tools and technologies used in process automation self-service solutions and AI enhancements.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation and effectively communicating technical concepts to both internal teams and clients.
- Provide clear training and support to internal users and external clients.
- Daily reporting for the team including analysis of ticket numbers and account assignments when changes are necessary.
- Sending out reports and managing performance metrics.
- Train new processes when needed to internal departments.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3 years of experience in client management client servicing and/or technical support roles.
- Background in Business System Analysis or process engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude using Client 360 Excel Power Point.
What would be great to have:
- Experience writing knowledge articles or systems documentation.
- Familiarity with data analytics or analytics tools such as Power Bi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office eCRM Smart guide and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of the payments industry payment processing or process engineering
Salary Range:
$76100.00-$103300.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
