Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in the automotive industry Were seeking a talented Automotive Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an hourly position that is also eligible for monthly bonus.

Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service from greeting and diagnosing vehicles to explaining repair options.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.
  • Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations including scheduling inventory and quality control.
  • Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks including estimates payments and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite shop management software).
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (required).
