Sales Leadership & Strategy
Lead coach and develop the sales team to achieve performance and revenue goals.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive occupancy room nights and revenue.
Set and monitor individual and departmental sales targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate new leads.
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the corporate and group travel segments.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
Sales Execution
Conduct site visits and client meetings to promote the hotels services and offerings.
Prepare customized proposals negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Manage key accounts and oversee post-sale service and satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze lost business reports and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor sales activity performance metrics and ROI on initiatives.
Financial Management
Develop and manage the annual sales budget and forecast.
Monitor departmental expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Operations Front Office and Catering to ensure client expectations are met.
Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and special requests.
The annual salary range for this role is $85k--$95k and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
