YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Junior Project Manager youll support the execution of product development initiatives by assisting in planning tracking and delivering projects from concept to launch. Youll facilitate communication between engineering design QA and business stakeholders monitor project schedules anticipate blockers and collaborate to meet deadlines. Youll maintain organized documentation status reports and requirements and use SQL for data analysis to track project metrics. Additionally youll work with developers to define technical requirements suggest process improvements assess risks and assist senior team members with mitigation strategies.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelors degree in technology business computer science information systems or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
- Experience working in team-based environments and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving tech environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to programming concepts or basic coding
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello)
- Interest or prior exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR technology
