Property Support Specialist

i3 is searching for a Property Support Specialist to support the Missile Defense Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) effort. The mission is to design and implement a Missile Defense System with multiple layers of protection. The Property Support Specialist analyzes product delivery or supply chain processes to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the supply chain. Involves coordination communication problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to optimize the logistics process and meet customer and organization goals. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL.

• This position performs functions to include but not limited to inventory control material procurement forecast and supply distribution requirements bench stock consolidated tool kit management and tool room accountability under minimal supervision while adhering to and utilizing applicable regulations and U.S. military instructions.
• Overseeing receiving warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and the safety of staff.
• Safeguarding documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assisting with deliveries as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma and 0-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls software databases and systems.
• Prior experience with warehouse management procedures preferred.
• Prior experience operating a forklift effectively preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Active Secret clearance required. Must be able to maintain the security clearance required for this position.
• Must reside within a50-mile radius ofRedstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL or be willing to relocate prior to start date.
• Ability to reliably commute to the office as business needs dictate.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday however additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
