As a Senior Business Analyst on our MarComms team you will advance our most significant initiatives by translating complex business challenges into clear measurement frameworks and solutions that provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will collaborate with other departments and senior leaders to understand the desired business outcomes define key success measures and frameworks and lead efforts to measure and uncover deep insights that enhance our decision-making and strategies for achieving our business goals. You will oversee the development and maintenance of intuitive Tableau dashboards and conduct in-depth business and/or marketing analyses of complex customer journeys. Using various tools and data you will distill findings into executive-ready communications presenting data-driven narratives that influence strategy and decision-making at the highest levels.
How You Will Contribute
Lead the development and/or enhancement of measurement frameworks for key customer business content and other marketing initiatives. Identify relevant benchmarks or goals and ensure they align with business outcomes and strategic objectives collaborating with key leaders.
Develop periodic (monthly) results summaries against established goals and benchmarks and pull through relevant data-driven insights and actionable recommendations working across capabilities and other stakeholders.
Translate intricate business performance inquiries into clear analytical methods and learning agendas that promote experimentation action and valuable insights.
Identify opportunities through data-driven insights that influence decisions and strategy to drive desired business outcomes.
Design create and maintain executive-facing Tableau dashboards visualizations and analyses that reveal key trends insights and opportunities enabling informed decision-making.
Conduct cross-functional channel product content and/or customer/audience analysis to uncover performance drivers and relevant improvement opportunities or communicate performance against objectives.
Provide clear data-driven insights through engaging storytelling enabling senior leaders to make more informed decisions.
Collaborate with capability leaders and subject matter execution experts to align measurement taxonomies and frameworks from the start of the project to its completion maximizing learnings and results throughout the project lifecycle.
Advance data literacy and analytical data-driven thinking across the organization by evangelizing best practices in analysis data storytelling and data visualization.
What You Will Bring
10-15 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst Marketing Data Analyst or Business or Product Strategy Analyst with proven skills conducting business and marketing performance analytics and measurement in a complex environment.
Prior experience in Business Analytics Cross-Channel Digital Marketing (search social email content influencer video Web) Offline Marketing (TV Radio Print OOH Event) Lifecycle Performance marketing (Paid Media Retention Lead Gen) Product Marketing and/or Strategic Brand Marketing. Proven ability to define and apply measurement frameworks aligned with business models or customer journeys to drive business outcomes.
Skilled in Tableau data wrangling and data visualization capable of building or leading the creation of clear intuitive and scalable dashboards or conducting advanced data analyses appropriate for the project and identified learning agendas.
Familiarity with common digital marketing channels and platforms such as: Meta X LinkedIn Google YouTube Tradedesk Google Analytics 4 Segment (CDP) Iterable (Email) Salesforce Snowflake Sprinklr Meltwater etc.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilitiesable to synthesize complex data into easy-to-understand data-driven insights that resonate with senior leaders.
