Card Compliance ManagerWhat will successful Card Compliance Manager do
The role of the Card Compliance Manager is to ensure that the Companys activities comply with the rules of the payment organisations the acquiring licence held and the applicable legislation.
What you will do
- Ensure the Companys activities comply with the rules of payment organisations the acquiring licence and the applicable legislation;
- Monitor changes in legislation and payment organisation rules relating to the Companys operations; and support implementation of required changes to products systems and operations;
- Participate in audits conducted by card organisations and other regulatory authorities;
- Maintain relationships with card organisations in areas related to compliance;
- Provide opinions on new products and services in terms of card compliance requirements; also participate in contracts drafting for products and services offered by Fiserv;
- Ensure that the Companys policies and procedures comply with relevant card scheme rules and applicable law;
- Ensure that the Companys marketing advertising and sales content complies with relevant rules and regulations; also provide trainings.
What will be needed
- A few years strong experience in a compliance team in payment institution or in a similar position related to compliance of card schemes/organisations;
- Knowledge of payment industry standards/processes and local regulations in particular regulation of card schemes/organisations;
- Established relationships with card organisations;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language and Polish.
