About the Role
At Columbia Sportswear our Digital Technology (CDT) team plays a critical role in enabling global operations through robust scalable systems. We are seeking aSenior Software Analystto join our Finance Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst with58 years of experiencewho specializes insystem configuration operational execution and solution deliverywithin enterprise finance platforms.
What Youll Do
- Own the configuration and setupof finance and accounting systems (e.g. SAP D365 Sovos Ariba Concur) ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Deliver functional solutionsby translating business needs into system configurations workflows and integrations that are scalable and supportable.
- Enable resilient business systems byincluding enhancements patches and upgrades ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Lead operational deliveryof application support including incident resolution root cause analysis and performance tuning.
- Perform hands-on testingof system changes including integration regression and functional user testing (FUT).
- Document and maintainsystem configurations process flows and support procedures to ensure operational continuity and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(finance accounting supply chain architecture) to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to agile delivery including backlog grooming sprint planning and daily stand-ups with a focus on delivering high-impact configuration-driven solutions.
- Support data integrity and reportingby ensuring accurate data flows between systems and assisting with data validation and reconciliation processes.

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Finance Accounting or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
- 58 years of experience in software systems analysis with a strong focus onfinance and accounting system configuration and support.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining enterprise finance systems such as:
- SAP FI/CO
- Sovos Ariba Concur
- Strong understanding of financial processes: general ledger AP/AR tax expense management and financial reporting.
- Technical proficiency in:
- ERP configuration and workflow design
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)for integration and automation
- Service management tools(e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
- Experience with system integrations data mapping and troubleshooting across platforms.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and DevOps principles.
- Excellent documentation testing and communication skills.
