Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving business growth for wireless solutions in India Industrial Market.
- Own and drive region specific KPIs for Industrial Wireless Connectivity business Opportunity Funnel management DIN DWIN Revenue targets POA POS Long Term planning.
- Analyse & understand regional market trends customer applications Competitor landscape & strategy for marketing strategy.
- Provide feedback to product lines regarding regional market dynamics product & solution needs compe
- tition analysis.
- Define and implement region specific GTM strategy for NXP Wireless Connectivity products in close collaboration with regional sales teams & Business Line Marketing Teams.
- Drive product related trainings and marketing campaigns for internal stakeholders (CAS Sales) and external stakeholders (Channel partners Eco-system partners Customers).
- Identify and develop eco-system partners to enable system solutions on NXP platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge and application experience in Wireless Connectivity technologies WIFI BLEThread Zigbee networking protocols -Matter & IEEE Standard 802.15.4
- Prior experience on WIFI /BLE applications is highly desired.
- At least 5 years of experience incustomer-facing roles System engineering Customer Application support on Wireless Connectivity Solution products.
- Results-driven self-starter who demonstrates high accountability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to articulate advantages of NXPs Products & Solutions to potential Customers.
- Ability to develop strong business cases & Solution Mapping for NPIs(New Products Introduction ) as well existing products.
- Proven skills in negotiating pricing versus key products specs and features with customers
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
