Healthcare Assistant Night Shifts 12.50 per hour

Working night shifts youll provide high-quality care comfort and reassurance to residents throughout the night. Youll be part of a close-knit team who genuinely care about the wellbeing and dignity of every individual in the home.
What Were Looking For:
- A Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
- Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting
- A warm empathetic and reliable approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on night shifts
- Strong communication and observational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thoughtful person-centred care during night hours
- Assist residents with personal care repositioning and mobility needs
- Ensure residents feel safe respected and supported overnight
- Monitor and document care in line with policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and escalate concerns when needed
- Contribute to a calm clean and homely environment for all
