- Perform routine cleaning of industrial facilities including floors machinery and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards throughout all cleaning tasks.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and thorough cleaning processes.
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials if applicable.
- Adapt to varying work environments and schedules as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
