Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (Outreach) for the GSAPP Douglass Developmental Disabailities Center. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies to support successful outcomes for children with autism across the areas of skill acquisition and/or behavior reduction in home-based settings. Collects interprets and with oversight from the board certified behavior analyst ( BCBA ) analyzes behavioral data. Contributes to the development of behavior analytic instructional programming under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 6 months of prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in an ABA setting. Current certification or willingness to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT ).
