You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Houseperson at Hilton Garden Inn you help create an exceptional guest experience by keeping our hotel clean well-stocked and ready for anything. You support the housekeeping team and ensure public areas shine all while helping set the stage for successful meetings and events. From fresh linens to flawless banquet setups you bring energy efficiency and pride to everything you do.
Deliver clean linens towels and guestroom supplies to room attendants and storage areas.
Remove soiled linens trash and recyclables from guest floors and back-of-house areas.
Keep hallways elevators public restrooms and service closets clean organized and safe.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms meeting spaces and event areas. Including tables chairs linen and audiovisual equipment.
Ensure banquet setups meet hotel standards and guest expectations for cleanliness order and timing.
Restock housekeeping closets and maintain supply inventory throughout the shift.
Respond promptly to guest and team member requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
Participate in deep cleaning projects or special tasks as assigned by housekeeping leadership.
Follow Hilton brand standards for cleanliness safety and guest service.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hotel or banquet setup experience is a plus.
Physically able to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the shift.
Reliable flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Friendly helpful and ready to work as part of a collaborative team.
