Job Title: Specialist- Senior (Onsite)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Months

Description (including but not limited to):
Skills:
Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Quality Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean) and their application in healthcare or h 3 Years Agile Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles with practical experience in applying them to health IT system development. 3 Years Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and Power BI for creating data visualizations dashboards and reports. 3 Years Program Evaluation & Research Methodology: Experience in program evaluation including designing surveys developing focus group facilitation strategi 3 Years Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non 3 Years Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with various teams (provider engagement operations analytics) and stakeholders to align quality 3 Years Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes. 3 Years Population Health Analysis: Understanding of population health concepts and how health data can be leveraged to derive insights that inform clinical o 3 Years

- Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
- Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
- Analysis visual design development data analysis testing and implementation technical and user documentation software conversions maintenance (including production support) etc.
