The Food Services Lead supports the daily operations of the Food Services department by providing leadership guidance and hands-on support to staff. This working lead role ensures efficient high-quality service in patient room service retail food court/cafeteria operations and/or restaurant-style dining depending on departmental assignment. The Food Services Lead is responsible for maintaining service excellence supporting staff and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2 years of food service experience in the healthcare institutional or restaurant setting
Licensure Registration and/or Certification:
City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card
