Content Strategist

What does a successful Content Strategist do at Fiserv

You will help users succeed build trust and scale support. You will support in-product guidance and power AI-driven support experiences so clarity structure and quality directly impact how effectively we can scale support using automation and intelligent search.

You will be someone who sees content as a product in itselfsomething that should be intentionally designed measured and evolved over time.

What you will do:

  • Strategically own the knowledgebase that populates the Clover Help site AI-assisted help experiences and in-product support.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for AI tools to enhance content operations including classification tagging maintenance and surfacing relevant knowledge across multiple regional languages.
  • Consistently bring a user-centered perspective to product decisions and advocate for content as a critical component of the overall user experience.
  • Establish clear processes out of ambiguity. This involves building documentation processes from the ground up creating templates and standards and implementing effective editorial governance practices.
  • Demonstrate fluency in content systems particularly with headless CMS platforms like Contentful modeling content for maximum reuse and scalability.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4 years of experience in content strategy technical writing or information architecture preferably in a SaaS or product-led environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define content models taxonomies workflows and governance systems.
  • Experience planning and executing content strategies aligned with product goals and customer outcomes.

What would be great to have:

  • Proficiency with headless CMS platforms (especially Contentful) and familiarity with structured content and reusable components.
  • Deep understanding of information architecture principles and best practices for organizing content in Help Centers or knowledge bases.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to support content strategy from metadata management and content audits to personalized support experiences and intelligent search.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience leading content discussions across product design and engineering teams.
  • Experience with B2B software products or demonstrated empathy with small business owners.
  • Experience working with customer service or operations teams.

How you will work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$110700.00 - $189700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Companys sole discretion.
