Lead and Inspire: Oversee mentor and develop high-performing Commercial Lines teams across multiple offices.
Workflow Optimization: Design implement and continuously improve workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
Training & Development: Deliver technical training and professional development programs to upskill team members and elevate service standards.
Collaborative Leadership: Partner with senior leadership producers and support teams to drive organizational alignment and client service excellence.
Technology Stewardship: Leverage EPIC and PolicyWorks platforms to optimize productivity and reporting; implement new tools to enhance efficiency.
Client & Market Expertise: Provide strategic insight into SME commercial risks across various industries to ensure technical accuracy and superior client solutions.
10 years of progressive leadership experience in Commercial Lines ideally within a brokerage environment.
RIBO License in good standing (mandatory).
Designations such as CIP CAIB or CRM are strongly preferred.
Advanced technical knowledge of a wide range of SME commercial risks and products.
Tech-savvy mindset with deep proficiency in EPIC and PolicyWorks.
A proven track record in training coaching and developing teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a hands-on solution-driven approach.
