- Based at our Melbourne Burwood Campus hybrid work from home arrangements (working from another of Deakins campuses will be considered)

As a Lead Analyst Cyber Security Risk & Compliance you will:
- Oversee the implementation and management of security controls ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber security policies standards and regulatory requirements addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues
- Play a key role in the investigation and resolution of security incidents including conducting post-incident analysis and developing lessons learned
- Develop and update cyber security policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to cyber security risk and compliance
- Contribute to the development of the organisations cyber security strategy driving continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful youll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in cyber security risk management and compliance with a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead complex risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies
