About the Role
The Retail Execution Manager is responsible for achieving company sales and distribution objectives in the California geography with a focus on Northen California. The Manager will work closely with TAM Strategic Account Directors sales managers commercial managers and distributor partners to expand regional distribution priorities while driving programming and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead distributor merchandising strategies & planner execution
Works closely with distributor merchandising and sales teams via work withs team meetings & trade education
80% of time will be spent out in the retail trade (distributor work withs retail activations store level development)
Stewardship of distributor execution of all National HQ promotions & programs (Distribution/Pricing
Flawless execution of national programming and authorizations; Focus on brand POD & dollar volume growth ahead of competitive market
Use of market data (Circana Insights) to identify market opportunities; leveraging with the distributor sales team
Fiscal responsibility: stay within pre-agreed annual market budgets putting controls in place to manage local market spend
Ownership of key regional chain customer execution business development & growth
Communicate and collaborate with all key Stakeholders at TWE and distributor
Direct responsibility overseeing Point of Sale materials
Ownership of regional incentives; creation and management
About you
You have 5-10 years previous professional experience in sales marketing or business management or equivalent required.
You have experience of managing chain accounts
You have experience in beverage-alcohol (desired); CPG experience a plus.
You have a Bachelors degree in business sales marketing or relevant work experience MBA a plus.
You are highly experienced with MS Excel Word and PowerPoint skills.
You have experience with IRI/Circana and/or Nielsen (preferred).

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $94000 to $104000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work remotely in Northern the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
