Were looking for a motivated individual who is dedicated to making a real impact on our guests special moments. As our innovative Function Manager youll bring your creativity and organisational skills to the table to design and execute the ultimate guest experience. A day in the life of a Function Manager:
- Design exciting function packages with a key focus on the guest experience and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Complete sales calls and lock in bookings with quick and efficient quotes and seamless supplier connections
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to keep bookings booming
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have a collaborative spirit and share your passion and enthusiasm with your team and stakeholders
- You use your strategic planning skills to reach targets develop your team and manage multiple priorities
- You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG industry certifications
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
