Title: 340B Program Coordinator - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy
Location: 5411 Sky Center Dr Tampa FL 33607
Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client facing programs that best meet the business needs.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met assist in documentation and project status tracing.
Speaks with key points of contact in hospital locations to deliver data field questions and concerns and follow through internally on problem resolution.
Monitor activities to ensure the external client facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.
Additional responsibilities include; scheduling conducting and attending meetings supporting management in overall objectives assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices.
Compiles complex data and can assist in preparing and delivering presentations as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years experience in health care or 2 years of related program experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
