Job Description
- Register in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner and send acknowledgement of receipt.
- Maintain an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts while ensuring accurate logs based on Emerson standards and procedures.
- Assign CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office and provide support to the Sales team.
- Update CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged.
- Maintain soft copy documents and handle mailbox management when needed.
- Facilitate archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM.
- You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. You learn quickly when facing new situations.
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Customer focus
- PC skills: MS Office Internet ERP systems
- Ability to work in virtual and remote teams
- Flexibility depending on urgent enquiries received at the sales desk
- Any other language is considered advantageous
