Membership Advisor Sale Consultant
Salary: Competitive
Were recruiting a membership advisor for a state-of-the-art gym in Leamington Spa. We aim to deliver a high-level product with the best staff at the right price. Were looking for the right team members to operate the club successfully where employees and members feel secure confident and happy in achieving their goals.
You must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can generate new leads and reach and go beyond aggressive sales targets. You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face. You will be one of the public faces of the club bringing prospects in selling them the club as a facility and ultimately signing them up as members. A passion for health and fitness is essential and a Level 3 personal trainer qualification is desirable but not a necessity.
You will be expected to work a flexible hours week which may include shift patterns and some weekend work. You will report to the club manager and the salary will be supplemented by a target driven bonus.

As a Membership Sales Consultant you will be reaching out to a variety of people working within a team of professional forward thinking like-minded people with a passion for health and fitness. You will be set daily weekly and monthly targets and have the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of others!
We are looking for strong communicators; highly adaptable with a hunger to succeed and have FUN! You will be a high-energy self-starter with a great personality naturally sales-focused and target driven with a friendly positive outgoing personality who genuinely cares about helping others. Overall Requirements

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- You will have a proven track record in working within a high quality sales environment ideally from within the Health/Leisure Industry but experience in any commercial business sector will be considered.
- Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others.
- Commitment to good house-keeping standards; helping to ensure the gym and offices are kept tidy and presentable to all prospective members and guests

- Gym Membership Sales or Sales Experience: 1 year
- Level 3 Personal Training (desirable)
