At Draxton Central Services located in Sant Vicen dels Horts we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role you will manage recruitment processes for white-collar profiles across various international sites. You will actively contribute to designing developing and implementing strategic Talent and Employer Branding projects with a global impact on the organization.
You will report both hierarchically and functionally to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end selection processes for qualified professionals at an international level.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on global projects employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement actions to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
- Analyze labor market trends and provide strategic insights to internal teams.
- Foster relationships with universities and training centers representing Draxton at career fairs and talent events.
- Monitor new hires to ensure a successful onboarding and integration process.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role either in a corporate environment or recruitment consultancy.
- University degree in Labour Relations Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English both written and spoken.
