We have urgent requirement of SHIFT MANAGER-with one of the leading QSR CHAIN.
Location- Hyderabad
SKILLS NEEDED FOR SHIFT MANAGER :
- Team Leadership:
Assign tasks and manage crew deployment for optimal productivity.
Supervise team performance and provide real-time feedback.
Support new team member onboarding and on-the-job training.
- Customer Experience:
Monitor customer service standards and step in to resolve any guest issues.
Maintain store ambience and service consistency.
- Operations Management:
Conduct shift handovers and daily opening/closing checklists.
Ensure compliance with health safety and cleanliness regulations.
Manage cash handling daily reconciliations and POS accuracy.
- Inventory & Maintenance:
Track consumption during shifts and report discrepancies or needs to the Store Manager.
Ensure all equipment is functioning and coordinate minor troubleshooting.

JOB ROLE :
* Supervise team members to ensure smooth shift operations
* Deliver excellent guest service in line with Tim Hortons standards
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
* Open or close the store including managing cash and deposits
* Train coach and motivate team members during shifts
* Ensure cleanliness and food safety protocols are strictly followed
* Monitor product levels and assist in inventory control
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
* Assign tasks and manage staff schedules during the shift
* Communicate shift updates and issues to management.
